Gaggenau Showroom, Chengdu

The Gaggenau showroom in the Chinese city of Chengdu is one of the most recent examples of the cooperation between Gaggenau and Occhio. The showroom’s straightforward and puristic design concept with its own wine tasting and dining-in concept is perfectly staged by Occhio. It finds its equivalent in the reduced design of the installed luminaires. Mito sospeso, Mito soffitto and Sento sospeso in pure black emphasizes the elegance of the showroom. Bamboo on the ceiling is subtly accentuated by lui alto and creates a connection to the location and the Chinese national symbol – the panda bear.

Villa K, Vienna

This three-winged villa in Vienna's 19th district stands out thanks to an architectural peculiarity. As it is built on the grounds of a former garden center the base area is not at ground level:
From the street the building appears to be two storied, the entrance area opens into an inner courtyard with a view of the garden. The various living areas are arranged around the protected pool at ground level.

The interior is cozily furnished with warm wood and lots of art and is at the same time very clearly structured.
In the evenings our multifunctional lighting system provides basic lighting and also serves as an architectural design element. Più piano in are inserted into the ceiling to cast beautiful beams of light on the walls and illuminate the owners' many works of arts perfectly.
The Sento sospeso suspended luminaires over the dining table are the only lights which intrude into the room and harmonize perfectly with the Più thanks to their design.
A Più RS terra next to the sofa is sometimes room lighting sometimes reading light thanks to the adjustable zoom optic.

A brand agency needs its own strong brand and an ambience that matches its own brand image. And good ideas need space to breathe and light to grow.
The space was already there with beautiful wooden floors, modern brick walls and white furniture. For the lighting of their offices the brand agency Martin et Karczinski consciously relied on the series Più R, Più RS and Sento…

…to the delight of the employees who work at great ideas here every day
...to the delight of the designers whose drafts are optimally lit by daylight quality LEDs with CRI 97
…and to the delight of management, who benefit by the efficiency and durability of the modern LED spotlights and luminaires.

Più R piano seamless embedded in the ceiling offer optimal basic lighting for working. Più RS terra directed upwards on the walls provide additional indirect light. And anyone needing even more light switches their personal Sento tavolo on obtaining as much faded downlight as they need.

Apartment F, Munich

In this modern architect apartment Occhio LED lamps are mainly used, whose exceptional light quality is most convincing. Thanks to their warm white color temperature (2700 Kelvin) and their high color rendering quality (CRI 95) which is similar to natural light, they create a cosy atmosphere and define different functional areas in the open plan rooms. A special highlight are the Più sospeso suspended lamps in the dining area, with their continuous »fading« function, which enables smooth changes from uplight to downlight.. Another eye-catching feature is the illumination of the reading corner with Più alto 3d ceiling spotlights: the beams of light provide an exciting setting for the minimalist bookshelves.

Imperial Tobacco HQ, Bristol

Imperial Tobacco is one of the world's leading companies in the tobacco industry. The new »state-of-the-art« headquarters with BREEAM rating of »Excellent« was completed in early 2013.
The interior of the company's headquarters is dominated by an open atrium encompassing all four levels with curved balconies and flowing lines; bright, glossy materials and warm oak create fascinating contrasts. To accentuate contours and surfaces, »Occhio Più« spotlights are implemented consistently throughout all representative areas; different variations of Più spotlights, e.g. recessed, surface-mounted, wall and pendant luminaires, create different light effects in the various functional areas. The strict criteria of the BREEAM certification with regard to minimum energy consumption and maximum service life of the lighting system consequently resulted in the use of Occhio's »next generation« LED technology.
